Cashless Refunds to Foreign Accounts
If you have taken out a refund receipt from one of our top-up stations, you can complete the refund by entering the required information in the form to the right.
Cashless Card No.: This number can be found either on your refund receipt or on the backside of your Cashless Card.
Refund Code: This code can be found on your refund receipt. This is a combination of numbers and letters which are unique for your refund.
IBAN: This "International Bank Account Number" is used when making payments to all foreign accounts. This can usually be found on your bank statements, via Internet Banking or can be easily obtained by taking contact with your bank.
SWIFT/BIC: These international codes are used to define which bank and branch the funds are to be sent to. Again this can usually be found on your bank statements, via Internet Banking or can be easily obtained by taking contact with your bank.
* While we make no charges for the refund process, our bank makes a charge of NOK 35,- for all foreign transfers. This will be deducted from the amount prior to transfer.
